A brief description of the sustainability-focused immersive experience(s) offered by the institution:
Dr. Connie Falk's Sundt Honors Seminar, "Sustainable Development in Central America," will focus on institutional and grassroots efforts to integrate social justice, ecological principles, and economic development in the transformation of societies in Central America. Dr Falk's course will include a 2012 Spring Break travel component during which students will visit sites in Central America.
