A brief description of the methodology used to track and calculate the number of recordable incidents of work-related injury or ill health :
Employees are required to report all workplace injuries/illnesses to the Human Resources. Human Resources then reports the injury/illness to our Workers Compensation Insurance carrier, only injury/illnesses required by OSHA to be recorded are recorded on our OSHA 300A log.
