The Ronald E. McNair Post Baccalaureate Achievement Program at NJIT is a US Department of Education funded program that prepares eligible undergraduate students majoring in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) for doctoral studies. Students with a GPA of 3.2 and above, junior or in some cases senior level standing who meet low income and first generation guidelines, or are from groups underrepresented in graduate education, are program eligible.
