A brief description of the methodology used to track and calculate the number of recordable incidents of work-related injury or ill health :
NTHU OSHA deals with the protection of workers in the workplace. And based on the government’s “ Regulations of the Examination of Injuries and Diseases Resulting from the Performance of Duties by the Insured Persons of the Labor Insurance
Program” and “Regulations of condolence payment for occupational accidents of civil servants “, injured employees can apply for benefits from occupational
accident insurance. Employees need to provide information about occupational
accidents and fill in the related application forms. After completing the school’s procedures, the school will provide the data to the Competent Authority to determine whether it is an occupational disaster case. Thus, NTHU can keep all records according to the above laws and procedures.
