The report preparation and editing process was conducted by the following procedure:
1. The CSOs meetings decided the reporting schedule and initiated the data collection and validation process.
2. The Regional Innovation Center conducts interviews with administration offices and colleges to communicate the items in STARS with corresponding units' missions.
3. Developed the data collection platform for each unit responsible for items to fill out the data.
4. Established the editing team to verify and validate data collected.
5. Hold the CSOs meeting to confirm report contents.
6. University CSO and Director of RIC made the confirmation of contents
7. Send it to an outside auditor for external auditing.
8. Submit NTHU STARS report.
