A brief description of each sustainability office:
The university set up Regional Innovation Center (RIC) supervised by the university CSO to coordinate the campaigns, programs, and reporting works. The RIC plans the sustainability related promotion events which reach out to different colleges and administrations to present the status of the university sustainability and the progress of sustainability through administration, research, education, and international, national and regional engagement. Moreover, to further realize the regional innovation practice for sustainability, the RIC manages the applications, executions, and outcome communications of several social practice projects conducted by faculty across different disciplines to engage scholarship with regional sustainability issue discovery, study, and solution. By doing this, students could gain their academic capabilities through the process of learning by doing for sustainability.

The CSOs hold the meeting bi-monthly to get updated the status of sustainability campaigns and programs in university, and plan the annual activities to promote sustainability.
The RIC coordinates the execution of sustainability programs, including
1. The sustainability week, which summarizes the progress of sustainability initiatives conducted by different units and holds events for sharing experiences.
2. The application and review of social practice projects sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education, and other agencies. (https://sdgs.nthu.edu.tw/our-response/collections?execution=social_practice_project)
3. The collection and editing information from different units under different categories to publish the annual sustainable report and submit SDGs report to THE Impact ranking.
4. The organization of networks among faculty, students, governments, NGOs, companies, and communities to sustain the cooperation relationships for sustainability.
5. The creation and maintenance of the sustainability website for the university to facilitate the communications of the university within and outside the university (https://sdgs.nthu.edu.tw).
6. The publication of Field Cast, a bi-monthly magazine to communicate sustainability-related projects and good doing by various stakeholders in the region (https://fieldcast.wixsite.com/fieldcast).
