A brief description of the sustainable operations and maintenance policy/program and/or O+M rating system(s) used:
The green building evaluation system proposed by the Institute of Architecture of the Ministry of the Interior: EEWH is the first building evaluation system in Asia and the fourth in the world. The basic connotation is "ecology, energy saving, waste reduction, and health."
Nine indicators:
Base greening (ecological)
Base water conservation (ecological)
Biodiversity (ecology)
Daily energy saving (energy saving)
CO2 reduction (reduction of waste)
Waste reduction (waste reduction)
Indoor environment (healthy)
Water resources (health)
Sewage and garbage improvement (health)
When applying for a green building mark or candidate green building certificate building, at least four indicators must be passed, of which the two indicators "daily energy saving" and "water resources" are necessary options. Meeting the above requirements, the Ministry of the Interior Construction will issue the "Green Building Mark" or "Green Building Candidate Certificate".
