A brief description of the incentive program(s):
The institution has a "Working Guidelines for Green Curriculum" incentive program to encourage staff to promote sustainable education. The themes include "ecological protection", "environmental safety and health", "energy (resource) conservation", "environmental education", and "sustainable development". These programs can be applied in professional courses, general education courses, service learning courses, open courses, and MOOCs courses.

A brief description of the incentives that academic staff who participate in the program(s) receive:
We provided lecture subsidies to encourage staff and the departments holding lectures, workshops and other activities of the green courses.
