A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:
Muhlenberg College makes cultural competence trainings and activities available to all students. In September a student leaders retreat is conducted off campus. This program is specific to tackle issues that arise on campus concerning those students who are different. The program is intended to create student leaders who are charged to vocally and actively spread awareness and not tolerate discrimination. The outcome is to make the students ambassadors of inclusion.
