A list of the total number of courses offered by the university was provided by an Institutional Analyst from the Office of Institutional Analysis MRU. Consultations with representatives from five academic departments, the Associate Vice President of Research, Scholarship and Community Engagement, and the Institute of Environmental Sustainability selected and reviewed the total curriculum for sustainability offerings and inclusions.

The COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted reporting by straining resources and shifting priorities, resulting in delays and gaps in data collection as MRU focused on immediate crisis management and response efforts. The data referenced in this is section is from 2019.
