We have free student counselling services available on campus, a mental health nurse and a referral service called Early Support which connects students with services on campus. All residence staff are training to support students with mental health concerns and referrals regularly. We have Peer Mental Health educators that provide awareness and education and we provide many workshops on coping, grief, managing stress and other counselling related supports.

Staff and faculty have benefits through Homewood Health offered through our Employee Family Assistance Program. We also have health services on campus and provide workshops including the working mind or suicide intervention training. All staff and faculty have access to our recreation center and gym.
