Mount Royal University encourages staff to be part of campus initiatives and community service. Volunteers are recruited for internal events such as campus events and convocation. The Community Service Learning Centre also provides workshops regarding Community Service Learning. Incentives for International Field Schools and Research are included in the workshops and staff are encouraged to participate in campus and community events.
