A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
In Spring 2012, the President's Commission on Work-Life-Family, in collaboration with the Office of Insitutional Research, conducted a Work-Life-Family survey which was sent to all employees. The survey was designed to shape the priorities of the Commission's subgroups (policy review for staff, policy review for faculty, family care, workload management, professional development, and wellness). The College is committed to conducting a survey at least every five years.
