Compensation studies and union contract negotiations with prevailing wage statutes; bidding for contractors includes the following stipulations: bidder, is in compliance with all provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wages Act, including wages, health and welfare, and pension for those trades covered by the act and bidder will require all subcontractors to comply with all provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wages Act.
