A brief description of the institution’s programs that help increase the diversity of higher education faculty :
Direct active recruitment and marketing to diverse organizations and groups regarding faculty opportunities. This marketing includes affirmative action email blasts, print in diversity publications, and participation in diversity career fairs. Collaboration with a specific diversity not-for-profit organization for student internships at the beginning of their post-secondary education to experience highered from within.
