As part of the custodial bid specifications:
The successful Bidder shall be required to provide a list of all materials, and Material Data sheets, necessary for the custodial functions. The successful Bidder shall provide all custodial equipment required and maintenance of same. All vacuum cleaners will be CRI approved “green label” and equipped with HEPA filters. The successful Bidder shall supply all required cleaning chemicals and disposable paper products – 2-ply toilet tissue, can liners, paper towels, sanitary napkins and soaps. All cleaning products will be Green Seal Certified.
