A brief description of the trans-fats avoidance program, policy, or practice:
We contract with Sodexo for our dining services. They removed frying oils with trans-fats from their inventory in 2009.
Also, our Wellness Coordinator has worked with our vending machine purveyor to increase the amount of non-trans-fat, healthy snack options.
