Mohawk's 2016-2021 Strategic Plan contains a target that all students (100% of students) demonstrate engagement by having at least one activity recorded on their co-curricular record (CCR) (by graduation). The CCR is an opportunity for students to record non-academic involvement including social, volunteer, leadership, employment and recreational activities that support Mohawk's CCR Learning Outcomes. These learning outcomes cover working and collaborating across diversity, critical thinking and problem solving, continuous learning and responsible citizenry.

The Energy Conservation & Demand Management Plan 2019-24 is a roadmap, along with other College guiding documents, to achieve meaningful and significant reductions in the College’s energy consumption and demand over the 2019-2024 period and beyond. Success of the plan is measured in terms of energy use intensity. Greenhouse Gas Emissions

Measurable Target: 30% reduction in GHG emissions by 2020 against the 2007 baseline (in process of updating target)

Source:
The Environmental Management Plan (2.0) is the leading policy document for environmental sustainability at the college. The plan set a target to reduce campus GHG emissions by 30% by 2020 against the 2007 baseline. Development of an updated target has been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but a new Climate Action Plan is being produced that will build on our decade-long history of setting and achieving measurable GHG reduction targets for our campus operations. Natural gas and electricity emissions are measured annually and a full GHG inventory is completed every five years to measure our progress.
