A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about student commuting:

Data was collected via the Fall 2021 Sustainability Survey. Prequalifying questions were used to isolate students who were enrolled CY2020. Students were asked what mode of transportation they most often used. Over 800 resposnses were gathered. See AC 6 for more detail about the sustainability survey sampling.

A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about employee commuting:

Data was collected via the Fall 2021 Sustainability Survey. Prequalifying questions were used to isolate employees who were employed during CY2020. Over 300 reponses were gathered. See AC 6 for more detail about the sustainability survey sampling.
