Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees (staff and faculty) assessed, directly or by representative sample (0-100):
92

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
Mohawk College administered a college wide employee survey in October 2018. Some of the engagement questions were intended to capture and benchmark demographics and diversity at the College. This was the 6th employee engagement survey conducted since 2004. The survey was conducted by CCI Research Inc., a third party provider. Individual links were send to all employees (staff and faculty). The survey was comprised of a variety of questions and took about 15-20 minutes to complete. To ensure anonymity of results, a commitment was made that results would not be provided for groups of less than 20 employees.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
Mohawk College uses the employee satisfaction/engagement survey to continually improve employee satisfaction across all departments. Survey results are shared with senior leadership and segregated to show specific results in departments with more than 15 employees so response remain nondiscript. Respective leaders address each aspect of the survey results in an inclusive and professional way. Examples include: - Improved performance evaluation process - Access to more professional development opportunities - Employee onboarding process more robust - More opportunities for employee collaboration across departments - Employee specific benefits such as discounts, amenities and team building events
