Vegetarian and vegan dining options are made available daily at Mohawk.

Chartwells has complete vegan proteins available for meals including: beans, quinoa, chickpeas, edamame, tofu, etc.

These proteins along with other vegan foods like whole grains, fruit, and vegetables allow for anyone who is looking for a vegan dining experience to have a well rounded and balanced meal.
