The total area of Mohammed VI polytechnic University and the green city has been certified "Silver" at LEED Green Building Rating System in 2015 according to the link https://www.usgbc.org/projects/ville-verte-mohammed-vi. Thus, we have considered all the newly constructed areas after 2015 as Certified at the 2 highest level under a 4- or 5-tier multi-attribute BC rating system.
The green energy park is included in the certified green city with all its buildings. The newly constructed buildings of GEP are : Solar Decathlon Buildings, GSBP Houses, Buiding MB1 GSBP. These buildings have been constructed in 2018 and 2019.
As for the experimental farm, it had been constructed in 2016 but it's not included in the green city Mohammed VI . Thus, we have considered it as a newly constructed area but not certified or buit in accordance with a green building code, policy/guideline, or rating system.
