Ask Dorothy Pimentel, Director of Risk Management. She gets numbers from "Company Nurse" as part of Worers Comp.

For part 2:
Using an average of last three full years (35.67) due to the 2020-2021 numbers (performance year)being a lower number probably due to COVID. Here is all data from Doroty Pimentel, Director of Risk Management: FY 2018–19 we had 44 claims
FY 2019-20 we had 49 claims
FY 2020-21 we had 22 claims
FY 2021-22 we had 36 claims
FY 2022-23 we have 4 claims, this number will change as we still have several months until 6/30/23.
These numbers include our Allied Health Students who are performing their clinicals/practicums at medical facilities. Injuries in this group are mostly finger stick with needle(s).
I also have the top 5 occupation and cause information:
