The University of Missouri offers a system wide employee wellness program that provides many resources and services to employees. The Wellness program includes programs such as Healthy For Life, a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program, Million Steps Pedometer and 500-Mile Odometer Programs, Weight Watchers at Work and Eat for Life. Missouri S&T provides Wellness Fairs and workshops throughout the year. Faculty and staff are included in these programs.

For students, Missouri S&T has a full-service student health center that provides both physical and mental health services and is an institutional member of the American College Health Association. Wellness is promoted including programs such as smoking cessation, suicide prevention information, and dealing with the general stresses of being a student.
