Tobacco Free Campus Policy In the interest of promoting the health, well-being, and safety of our students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors, Missouri State University prohibits smoking (and the use of any other tobacco products) anywhere on university property. https://www.missouristate.edu/safetran/TobaccoUsePolicy.htm The Missouri State University Energy Program includes a section on transportation strategies, and specifically idling: Fleet vehicles should not be left idling if there is no immediate intent to drive the vehicle. https://www.missouristate.edu/assets/facilities/Missouri_State_University_Energy_Program_web.pdf
