The results of this survey have driven diversity initiatives on the Missouri State campus. Recently inclusive excellence was added as an overarching and enduring commitment of the university - http://www.missouristate.edu/developingplan/commitments.htm
In addition a VP of Diversity and Inclusion has been added to the university administration in the last year.
An action plan is in place and will be included in the long-range plan which is being presently developed.
