A brief description of the metering system:
In 1998, the University installed a Johnson Controls METASYS system which now controls the majority of the major buildings on campus. The project also provided electrical metering in these buildings. Today that metering has expanded to water and condensation metering. Craig Hall has been completely metered for all utilities, poising it for our first LEED EB building.
