A brief description of the institution's indoor air quality plan, policy, and/or practices:
No formal indoor air quality plan currently exists. Facilities Management responds to customer complaints and seeks assistance from the Environmental Management Department when needed. Complaints are submitted via the existing Computerized Maintenance Management System. If the situation dictates, an air quality contractor is brought in to advise and take samples. A report is required for the contractor, recommended actions are perfomed, and a follow-up meeting with the customer occurs.
