A brief description of the institution’s workplace health and safety initiatives, including how workers are engaged in monitoring and advising on health and safety programs:

Mills College has a Safety Committee that monitors safety in the campus. They are also the advice group for any changes to improve safety in the campus. For any work related injury the Benefits Manager is the one who coordinate to correct any safety issues reported as part of the worker’s compensation claim.
