In partnership with the nonprofit GRID Alternatives, Mills has an immersive one week "Solar Spring Break." A group of students will be installing solar panels on a non-profit. The Solar Spring Break also includes interdisciplinary education and training on solar, including policy, equity, etc. Students can meet their Community Engaged Learning credit requirement through this program.
