The Mills College Retirement Plan Advisory Committee is charged with ensuring that participants in the Mills College 403(b) Plan have an appropriately diverse mix of investment options from which to choose. The Committee ensures that a mix of socially responsible funds, including bonds, US equity and international equity are available to Plan participants.

Recent examples (within the past 3 years) of CIR actions:
In 2010-2012, the Committee conducted a retirement plan vendor search with the aim of consolidating from two vendors to one single vendor. The consolidated vendor environment was implemented in January 2013. The Mills College 403(b) Plan now offers an enhanced list of available investment products, including socially responsible bond and equity products.
