Due to a shortage of dining staff (10 vacant positions) and significant supply chain disruptions in food sourcing over the past few years, we are not able to collect the data needed to complete this criteria. Although we source a significant amount of our food from local sources that use sustainable practices and who follow fair and ethical trade principles, we are not able to quantify those at this time. While the food service providers was updated, the percentages provided above are from our previous STARS submission and are the most current info we have at this time.
