A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Jack Byrne, Director of Sustainability Integration, gives a 20-30 minute presentation during new staff orientation to introduce the idea of sustainability, explain that it is an important part of the culture at Middlebury, and go over basics of recycling and other things that employees can do to contribute to sustainability efforts on campus. There is also material about sustainability in the orientation materials received by new faculty.
