A local food source is defined as being within the state of Vermont. However, two places that we count as local are on the other side of the Connecticut river in West Lebanon and in Claremont - both New Hampshire.
We do not ask food sources about social responsibility and workers. However, we do sell Fair Trade coffee in certain locations - not all our coffee is fair trade.
