Per MSU's Design Guidelines, all MSU construction projects are built to and align with LEED Silver standards (refer to pp. 4-11 of the design guidelines, available in the additional documentation). Highlighted projects include:
1. Minskoff Business Pavilion: the first LEED Gold Certified academic building at MSU.
