Health4U's goals are to promote healthy lifestyles by providing opportunities to participate in programs, services, and activities designed to make a positive difference in personal health and the health of the campus community.
Health4U programs/services focus on:

3. Movement/Fitness
4. NutritionMatters
5. Tobacco Cessation
