Does the institution meter all energy consumption (electricity, natural gas, purchased steam, etc.) for at least one building?:
A brief description of the metering system:
Real time electrical metering in over 100 major facilities that make up 80 percent of campus square feet can be found at http://www.meters.msu.edu. The campus community is able to download data directly from the site for their use. Some of the buildings include real time steam meter and water meter data as well. Solar power generated is tracked at the site also.
