Urban forest offset documented by Professor MacFarlane and verified by CCX protocals and third party auditors.
Retro-commissioning program implemented over the next 5 years projects to reduce emissions from 5 to 30 percent in existing buildings. There is a anaerobic digestion research project that is examining the feasibility of a full scale digester for campus.
