Please note that assured reports are still subject to review by AASHE staff prior to publication, which may require additional revisions. AASHE reserves the right to withhold points for this credit if it is determined that the assurance process was clearly unsuccessful in identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors (e.g., when AASHE staff identify a significant number of issues that were either not mentioned in the completed review template or not resolved successfully).

A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
MGH IHP reached out to Macalester College after seeing their posting on the STARS Community Board. One student was interested in receiving experience reviewing a STARS report and agreed to complete an external review of the IHP's report. The student was provided viewer access to the IHP STARS Report. Bi-weekly meetings were held to check in on the progress of the review. The STARS Reviewer Google Document was used to track comments on each credit for each stage of the review and mark as as either "meeting criteria", "having suggested revisions", or "needing revision before submission". Once the reviewer completed the first round of the review, the sustainability coordinator reviewed the comments and made any necessary changes to the report. The reviewer then went back and reviewed the changes made and made any final comments.
