A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about student commuting:
A commuting survey was sent out via email by the Office of Campus Services to all students in March during the Spring 2022 semester. There was no deadline as to when the survey ended. The survey was conducted on Formstack and students answered 11 questions that took about 5 minutes in total. Question 2 specifically asked how they typically commuted to campus and if they used multiple modes. Out of the 1500 surveys sent out, 228 submissions were received. The percentage above represents only the submissions that were received.
