In April 2023 as part of Earth Month, the Office of Campus Services hosted its first IHP Earth Day Photo Contest. Students and employees interested in participating were asked to snap a picture of what they thought best represented Earth Day. Submitted photos included family members gardening, nature walks, trash on beaches, and more. Individuals could vote anonymously on which photo they liked and the photo with the most votes won a reusable water bottle. All submitted photos were posted on a virtual gallery wall through Padlet that was accessible to anyone in the IHP community.
