A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):

MCC participates in EHA Wellness for Staff and Faculty. EHA Wellness is a voluntary program that offers free health advice and offers diverse programs throughout the year. Additionally, the college offers support for any employee in need of financial counseling, personal counseling, and offers referrals as needed.
Students have access to counseling through their advisors who can also offer referrals for more complete care. MCC has also partnered with our local university to help provide counseling and a variety of other support programs (food insecurity, technology assistance, housing). https://www.mccneb.edu/Current-Students/Current-Students-Resources/Student-Resource-Center and https://mccneb.edu/gethelp
