A brief description of the sustainable operations and maintenance policy/program and/or O+M rating system(s) used:
273,890 square feet of our buildings are highly optimized with a 3-stage temperature set point setback. Unoccupied and Occupied are set by building schedule. During the occupied time, we use a standby setback determined by room occupancy sensors. There has been a significant amount of remodels, all of which include upgrades to LED lighting, N-lighting, and the highest grade of energy equipment is installed. All energy and water data is entered into Portfolio Manager and is LEED certified.
