A brief description of the institution’s indoor air quality program(s) (including information about regular auditing or monitoring, mechanisms for occupants to register complaints, and action plans):
MCC does not currently have an IAQ program and our auditing is primarily complaint based. Complaints are most often due to smells (stagnant air, mold, mildew, etc.). If we receive such a complaint and cannot remedy the situation ourselves, we turn to local experts.
We do monitor CO2 levels specifically in a few locations. Additionally, MCC monitors humidity levels in a small number of non-occupied spaces. However, the monitoring is simply a reporting tool and not actionable.
