The University's diversity strategic plan is used to shape policy, programs and initatives. Annually, action steps are identified by University leaders and as a result educational sessions and programming are established to meet the needs of the community.

The assessment results were shared with the Board of Trustees, as well as aong the President's Cabinet. Each member of the Cabinet in turn shares these results with their respective divisions/teams.
