Name or title of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
Messiah has used the PrintReleaf program since October 1, 2016 which is a software program that calculates how many sheets of paper students and employees use each day on Messiah owned copiers and printers. This information is used to certifiably reforest Messiah University's paper consumption. New trees are planted equivalent to our paper use at reforestation projects across the globe. In the past three years, our University Press has begun to survey the students who attend our annual Sustain A Fest event to choose a reforestation location.
