Each year, the Diversity committee conducts an assessment of the Inclusive Excellence strategic plan. This is done in partnership with the VP for Diversity and Inclusion. The Assessment is done in partnership with the larger Campus Climate Survey conducted out of the Human Resources division.

Findings from the survey were used to establish priorities related to addressing campus climate. Some priorities were initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion such as cultural intelligence training for all divisions at the University. commuter students...

Yes

A brief description of how the assessment results are shared with the campus community:
campus climate report was shared with the entire campus community via a Mass Email. Additionally, every division had to discuss the findings within their division and discuss ways to address some of the findings. Furthermore, the findings are on an internal website titled "Moving the Needle" and are easily searchable by employees.

For the Diversity specific strategic plan and assessment, it is shared on the University Website and is made available to Directors and VPs to share with their areas.
