The College has an appointed VP of Diversity and Inclusion who reports to the President and is responsible for diversity policies and education on the faculty side. Additionally, there are multiple staff positions in student affairs who work with multicultural programming and policies. Furthermore there are five Diversity related committees covering topics associated with gender equity to international students.

A brief description of the institution’s cultural competence, anti-oppression, anti-racism, and/or social inclusion trainings and activities:
All student leaders must attend a diversity and inclusion 4 hour training covering things related to power dynamics and microaggression. Further, all employees were required to attend cultural competency training during faculty development or during work hours. Lastly, many employees have participated in a civil rights bus tour of the deep south, and are subsequently ambassadors of diversity, equity, and inclusion on campus.
