A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
In 2018, Messiah's Office of Sustainability began to distribute a trifold flyer that provided new employees with information on our sustainability efforts. This pamphlet includes a description of the categories that we pursue (waste, biodiversity, energy, engagement and food). The flyer also suggests some opportunities for employee's engagement with our office.
