A brief description of the student educators program (1st program):
The Office of Sustainability has up to 7 work-study students focused on the following categories, waste, engagement, biodiversity, communication, energy, food, and organics collection. These students run programs with a cohort of students who volunteer and work through projects, educational efforts, bike-share programs, outreach, and others.
A brief description of the student educators program’s target audience (1st program):
Students follow the University's hiring process by submitting an application, resume, and cover letter. Once reviewed, the student is asked to participate in an interview with the Director of Sustainability and the Program Coordinator. The student holds the position for one academic year.
